On the morning of 18 May the Dr. Nebro he taught a course, of which he was the director, together with Dr. José Luis Ramos, Dr. Javier García Montesinos and Dr. Carlos Rocha, on treatment of astigmatism in the context of the cataract surgery at the 38th SECOIR Congress, held in Malaga.
The prestigious congress of the SECOIR (Spanish Society of Ocular Implant-Refractive Surgery)which is held annually and rotates through the different and main Spanish cities, has been held this year 2023 in Malaga.
The congress was well attended, with ophthalmologists from all over Spain coming to discuss current topics in ophthalmology and to acquire the new knowledge that is always so necessary. Malaga's hospitality, as always welcoming to foreigners, has had an influence on the considerable attendance.
The ophthalmology in Malaga wanted to have a prominent place in this event, and among other acts has given this course on the treatment of astigmatism in cataract surgery, which has had a very good reception, filling the exhibition hall, with a capacity for
about 150 people from start to finish.
